Anyone that knows me, knows I have a weakness for bread.  I grew up on my grandmother’s homemade bread and I believe there is nothing better than warm bread right out of the oven. This recipe really tastes AH-MazinG and has the feel and texture of regular bread!  This recipe comes from a website called the guiltykitchen.com   

3/4 cup organic almond butter
6 organic eggs
2 tbsp organic raw honey
1/4 cup organic coconut oil, melted on stovetop
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup organic ground golden flax
3 tbsp organic coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8 x 4″ loaf pan with parchment, grease with coconut oil. Using a hand beater or mixer, blend the almond butter, eggs, honey, coconut oil and apple cider vinegar.
In a separate bowl, combine the flax, coconut flour, baking soda and sea salt. Mix the dry into the wet, pour into the greased and lined loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes. Top with coconut oil, honey, or your favorite homemade jam.
