Y.S. Organic Bee Farms raw honey has by far, the best flavor and texture (I’ve tried some that are gritty!). The flavor is so DIVINE you can eat it by spoonfuls, right out of the jar (I may, or may not have, been known to do this)! It may bend your spoon, it’s a bit hard until warmed up. To soften, place it in a bowl of warm water.
My favorite ways to eat it are; melt it in a pan with coconut oil on the stove top for baked goods (most of my recipes call for coconut oil). Add a spoonful to a bowl of warm oatmeal with frozen blueberries, sliced almonds and almond milk. Spread on a warm piece of bread or pita, or in smoothies.
