Energy Balls

There are so many versions of this recipe available online.  I tweaked it until I got the combination I liked the best, with just the right amount of sweetness and crunch!

1 cup organic oats
1/4 cup organic ground flaxseed
1/3 cup organic unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup organic cacao nibs
1/4 cup organic dried cranberries
1/4 cup organic sunflower seeds
1/4 cup organic raw almonds, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon organic vanilla
1/2 cup organic almond butter
1/3 cup organic raw honey (soften, if needed)

Combine all the ingredients together and roll into small, 1 inch balls.  Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
