Chocolate Coconut Milk Ice Cream

2 cans organic coconut milk (refrigerated for at least 4 hours)
¼ cup honey
¼ cup cacao powder (you can use regular baking cocoa)
¼ cup natural peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla

Open the cans of coconut milk and spoon out cream into a blender. You will not need the liquid. Add remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.  Pour into a shallow glass dish and freeze for at least two hours or freeze mixture in your ice maker.  So simple!
