Eleven years ago I was determined to learn more about health and nutrition.  I was hypoglycemic and had no energy.  I researched books, internet articles and blogs.  With this new found knowledge, I was able to eliminate my health issues completely.  Fitness has also played a big role my journey.  I love to run and have completed eight half marathons and four marathons, including the Boston Marathon in 2016 and the London Marathon in 2017.  I also love to practice yoga and I am a certified instructor.  I would love to share with you what I have learned and give you tips and recipes to get you started on your path to being the best you!
