I was shopping at Costco this week and came across Organic Gluten Free Millet and Brown Rice Ramen. Who knew! I lived off Ramen and cereal in college. I cooked the noodles according to package directions except I did not drain the water. I found a few different options for seasoning but in experimenting I found I like this combination best:
1 Tablespoon organic garlic powder
1 Tablespoon organic onion powder
a pinch of ginger
sea salt and pepper to taste
You could also add steamed broccoli and carrots to… dare I say… make a healthy and fast dinner even college students can appreciate!
