I made these for my kids and they LOVED them! I just sautéed the noodles for 5 minutes in a tablespoon of organic olive oil and a 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt in a large skillet, drained the water (the zucchini cooks off water), and topped organic spaghetti sauce. I do my food prep in advance, so this is a meal I can throw together in a pinch. They also taste great raw or with pesto. After you spiralize the zucchini, store them in an airtight container for up to a week. This a wonderful gluten free option and a perfect way to get more vegetables in your diet. Enjoy!
